If you want to be one of Australia’s future elite athletes, you need the unfair advantage over your opposition. We will evaluate your performance across the three tiers of the PHYSICAL Performance Pyramid – Mobility, Control and Performance. Your evaluation will take approximately 3 hours, and will involve testing sessions with physiotherapy, exercise physiology and sports science. Following your evaluation, you will have a follow up session where you receive your report, and your results will be discussed. From here, the results will form the basis of your plan for The Program.
With this level of assessment, we evaluate your performance across the two foundation tiers of the PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE PYRAMID – Mobility & Control. We recommend this level of assessment if you already have performance testing measures conducted through your team, club, association or school, but you would like to have a better understanding of the factors limiting your current performance.
With the Bronze package, you can be tested in the Mobility, Control or Performance tier. Mobility is ideal if you’re currently injured, recently recovered from an injury, or know you have significant flexibility limitations. Control is best if you know you’ve got good mobility, but maybe you feel uncoordinated, you have poor balance, or just not sure whether you move well in general. Performance testing is recommended mostly for young athletes with no injury history.
