Omar has always been involved in multiple sports, most notably he has competed basketball, high jump and competitive weightlifting. He has a passion for movement efficiency and sports performance training. He finds great pleasure in helping to create high performing athletes with vast movement skill who are robust against injury.
Omar is qualified in both Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning and has studied and worked with athletes in both Australia and The Netherlands.
